DCM REPORT- March 2023

Hope everyone is well.  Annette and I attended the winter committee meeting last weekend in Durham, NC.  A great deal of time was spent discussing preconference.  Our delegate is tasked with over a thousand pages of information to review prior to conference in NYC and over the next few weeks she will hold pre conferences in Eastern, Central, Western NC along with a Spanish pre conference and 2 virtual zoom sessions.  All this is so she can get a feel for NC AA’s group conscious so she can represent us to the best of her ability.  Concept III– right of decision – she is our trusted servant. The items she wants us to discuss at preconference will be posted on the website in protected area.  Remember password for district info is thinknot  - all lowercase.

I sent district 70 a request for funds for their portion on last years Unity Breakfast.  I am also looking into costs for email and printing some items for treatment, cpc and corrections.  Hope to see everyone at the meeting tomorrow at 930 at Willow Rd location.  Please ask group members if they want to be added to our email list.  See you all tomorrow.  Please read through the agenda posted on the website for we have a lot to discuss tomorrow.
