Meeting opened the meeting with serenity prayer

Assembly in Oct

Ian has submitted the proposed agenda item we discussed at the last meeting.

Lost paper for workgroup- will contact people for workgroup for “How to Run the Meeting”

We have been tasked with updating district to groups (active, no contact, etc)

              Some discussion on active/inactive/removing from Where and When

Agenda Items – (Oct assbly)  - See hand out – Agenda #3, Also #1 and  #2. Schedule and pricing discussion.

Reminder to GSR’s bring back group conscious.

Corrections in Action- Received letter from lady getting released. Were able to get her in touch with people in Shelby. Going to first meeting through the contacts.

Proposed agenda item we endorsed

Would be nice to get a list of treatment centers – compile list to get info (pamphlets) Brevard, Henderson, Polk, Rutherfordton.

New Business

Lack of attendance at district meeting. DCM did not send out email this month. Attendance is down when email does not go out.

25-30 Active groups limited participation from GSRs.

Effort to reach out to GSRs (See DCM report). We have a list  - will start to divide up call.
