Dale is confident that this will be the last zoom business meeting. We will meet at St. John’s in the wilderness. The zoom space will be retained for other uses such as small meetings, workshops, ect. Dale is recovering nicely from hip replacement surgery and is looking forward to driving soon.
Dale will co- host a CPCPI workshop on May2. from 2-4
Spring assembly will be virtual however the fall assembly should be in person at Lake Junaluska.
Liz G - ADCM
Liz attended pre- conference on literature. (members choice) Discussed creating a pamphlet for mental health professionals, or perhaps a virtual pamphlet.
Remove the word “observers” from the description of open AA meetings in the AA Group pamphlet.
Remove the word “inmate” and “offender” from the corrections pamphlet.
Should not accept contributions from AA clubs, only AA meetings within the club.
Still working on the P-3 manual.

Motion that the minutes from the March 13th meeting be accepted without reading them. Motion seconded and passed.
GSR list to be updated by adding a password protected area of the website that will allow groups to update/ change the GSRs from their group. Member attendance will be included in the minutes from the meeting.
Eric M. - Treasurer
Eric just took over the position from Buzz.
Balance $1498.76
Big Town contributed $135.39
When reserve goes over $1500.00, we will have to make donations.

In March 494 visits by 402 people looking at 1000 pages
YTD 1600 visits by 731 people looking at 3500 pages.
Will discuss setting up a password protected area for groups to update GSR data.

Linda Jo was in the zoom Area 49 (NYC) CPC workshop on March 31.

Janet from Pardee putting together a pamphlet for detox people about Bridging the Gap. Miranda is very excited about BTG. Terry is collecting names of volunteers. Group GSR’s are encouraged to bring information about Bridging the Gap to their groups.
Janet asked about getting a track phone to be used for BTG. Eric suggested adding a line to an existing plan could be less expensive. Terry is working on a budget.
Pardee will be contacted to be a part of BTG.

Office will remain open for people to get literature. Orders can be mailed or left outside the door for pick up. Please stay out of office.
GSR Reports:
Ike F. Hendersonville Group. In person meetings have started for Friday 8:00 pm step study and Saturday 8:00 pm open discussion meeting. Masks and social distancing required.
John O. Hendersonville Men’s Group. Zoom meeting Tuesday 7:00 PM Speaker discussion. Looking into places to resume face to face meetings. Possible St. John’s in the Wilderness.
Margaret - Sisters of Sobriety - Tuesday 7:00 pm. Changing format from open to closed meetings. Alternate GSR is now Jo.
Ellen Cedar Mountain. Concern about meeting accuracy on web sites. Made donations to GSO, District, Central Office, Area and community center where they meet.
Buzz -Happy Hour Group. Tuesday and Thursday 5:00 pm. All is good.
Annette- Big Town Group. Monday and Thursday closed meetings. Format to change from Step meeting to Daily Reflections meeting. Last Thursday speaker. Made donations to everyone.
Groups with ideas on how to use the $6,249 surplus can send them to Stevie D. at treasurer@aanorthcarolina.org.
Dale closed the meeting at 10:32 with the Responsibility Statement. Next meeting May 8, 9:30 am.
