Old Business: Updated job descriptions for Secretary, Treasurer, CPC, PI, Treatment and Bridging the Gap ? Only had treasurer and bridging the gap updated ( BTG still not on website as a stand-alone position)These are positions rotating now, - I believe all need to be updated
Last month – mail chimp flow chart information from Scott- dcm cannot be only one sending out emails- google for email? Need many updates that would normally be secretary’s role, perhaps but our description of Secretary seems way off. Our current job descriptions, secretary, and alt dcm are tasked with updating groups and members. – I get regular requests to send out emails – there is a lot of information that I would like to see sent out to fellowship that I cannot keep up with. Google workspace discussion- revisit?
Service rally for new year –
Detailed receipts needed – not just $ amount for reimbursement
Cannot request funds after the fact – AA moves slow – fellowship needs to approve if it is not all ready budgeted
New Business:
1. 7th tradition donations to central office, area and gso?- next meeting when we do budget for new year? Or send now and again next year? Service coordinators – consider a budget for next year to discuss at next meeting
2. Moving forward with Website and keeping everything updated discussion – Approve google workspace?
